| Co-Op Capstone Spotlight: Turning Tech Troubles into Triumphs |
For many high school students, choosing a career path can feel overwhelming. But for Joshua Moore, a Boiling Springs High School senior and Level III Computer Networking (CNET) student, the direction was obvious from the moment he watched his father work in the IT field. That early spark of interest eventually led him to the CNET. |

Check out this infographic she created for the agency’s 2025 Project Close Outs: professional, polished, and already being put to real use. Her supervisor, Joshua VanBrakle, shared that Julia continues to exceed every expectation of what a high school intern can do, consistently delivering work that looks industry ready.
And there is more good news: Julia just completed a full redesign of DCNR’s e newsletter. She aligned the layout with Commonwealth brand standards and gave it a fresh, modern, and highly professional look. The new design will officially debut in March. A huge thank you to her supervisor and the entire DCNR team for offering this opportunity and supporting Julia’s growth as a young creative professional. CPACTC is incredibly proud of her talent, creativity, and drive.
